Moonlight Vineyards began with a simple belief: that the best flavors come from patient hands and honest soil. Nestled along CR-17 in Melrose, our vineyard and kitchen share the same patch of Minnesota earth.

Every grape is hand-selected at peak ripeness. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked in small batches before dawn. We don't rush what the seasons give us — and that patience shows in every bite.
